Applications can be saved as drafts. Prepare early, use active contact details and review every document before the 20 September deadline.
Check Your Eligibility
Confirm that you are ready and authorised to apply before creating an account.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a founder, co-founder, proprietor, partner, director or authorised representative.
- Your startup is based in Manipur or has substantial business activity connected with Manipur.
- Your business idea, product or service is genuine.
- You can provide accurate information and supporting documents.
- You can attend the summit from 9 to 11 October 2026.
- You can participate from 12 October 2026 to 31 January 2027 if selected.
- You agree to follow the official event rules.
Registration does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the final winner-selection process.

Start Your Startup Application
Log in, open the participant dashboard and select “Start New Application”.
- A draft application can be completed in multiple steps.
- Save your progress and continue later before the deadline.
- A unique reference is issued after final submission.
Save and Review
Review the complete draft carefully before final submission.
- Review every section and correct spelling mistakes.
- Check mobile, email and startup-name details.
- Confirm documents are readable and photographs belong to your startup.
- Read the declarations and consent options.
- Preview the complete application.
Do not wait until the final day to upload large files or correct missing information.
Accept the Declarations
Confirm the accuracy, authenticity and participation commitments attached to the application.
- The supplied information is accurate and you are authorised to submit it.
- The startup and submitted documents are genuine.
- Registration does not guarantee selection.
- You agree to preliminary screening and the official rules.
- You understand the prize is a service package, not cash.
- You will cooperate with verification, attend the summit and participate in rebranding if selected.
- Choose separate consent options for public profiles, souvenir publication, event photography, video coverage, marketing communication and the rebranding documentary.
Submit the Application
When all required sections are complete, select “Submit Application”.
- Receive submission confirmation and an application reference number.
- Record the submission date and time.
- Download or print the acknowledgement.
- Check the status displayed on the participant dashboard.
- Keep your application reference number safely.
After final submission, normal editing may be locked to protect the integrity of screening.

File upload guidelines
- Use clear, readable files with the complete document visible.
- Do not upload password-protected files.
- Avoid blurred or cropped photographs.
- Use accepted formats and remain within the stated size limit.
- Do not upload executable, false, altered or unrelated files.
- Private verification documents will not appear on the public startup profile.

Applications are checked for eligibility, authenticity, completeness, supporting documents, duplicate entries, conflicts and participation readiness.

Failure to respond within the permitted period may result in an incomplete or ineligible status.
Verified, frozen and auditable.
Only startups completing screening with Final Eligible status enter the live winner-selection process. Registration alone does not guarantee a draw ID.

Correction requests may ask you to
- Replace unclear documents or update photographs.
- Correct the startup name or contact details.

The live selection uses a frozen eligible list, anonymised draw IDs, a public seed, deterministic selection, independent witnesses, reserve entries and final winner verification.
