03

You can attend the summit in Imphal and complete verification requirements.

04

You have a real branding or business-growth need and can commit to the programme.

These first checks establish who may apply, where the business operates, its stage and whether the application represents a genuine enterprise.

  • Provide supporting documents or evidence when requested
  • Not submit copied, fabricated or misleading business information

Formal registration is helpful, but authentic activity, a clear growth need and verifiable supporting information matter most.

CRITERION 05

Registration Status

  • Formally registered or under registration
  • Operating as a proprietorship, partnership, company, cooperative, self-help-group enterprise or recognised organisation
  • Informal but actively preparing for formal registration

Preference may be given to businesses that can provide reasonable evidence of their existence and activities.

CRITERION 06

Business Age

  • Priority may be given to startups and emerging enterprises established within the previous seven years.
  • Older micro and small businesses may be considered when launching a new product, entering a new market or undergoing a major transformation.
  • The organising committee may accept exceptional businesses based on innovation, potential and need.
CRITERION 07

Branding and Growth Need

  • Brand strategy, logo or visual identity
  • Packaging or label design, printing and signage
